Company Summary

Flexpak began as a limited liability company in 1999. The company has grown steadily since it started operations and is totally committed to the flexographic industry. The management team consists of a Chairman and Managing Director, a General Manager, Assistant General Manager and Production Manager. More than half the team are avid businessmen involved in other areas of the printing and plastics industry. The company's complement is approximately 80 and carries many years of experience within.

Ownership

Our management team includes three members who are shareholders as well as directors of the company:  Below is a table showing our Board of Directors.

Uwe Kumst has more than 30 years of experience in marketing, distribution, finance and administration.  Von White has more than 20 years experience in sales; and Nigel Hoyow possesses some 35 years experience in the production of plastic film, including printing.

History

Flexpak Limited was established as a limited liability company on May 10, 1999 and is now one of Jamaica's largest manufacturers of plain and printed polyethylene and polypropylene film and bags.  At that time operations was housed at the Garmex Free Zone location on Marcus Garvey Drive; Flexpak moved to its current address in Twickenham Park, Spanish Town in May 2002.
